Fire Risk Assessment
Overview
A fire risk assessment is a review undertaken of a building in order to assess the risk of fire. It will also identify the general fire precautions the responsible person needs to take to ensure that all has been done to reduce both hazard and risk to a level that is low as reasonably practicable.
It is a legal requirement for all non-domestic premises to have an up-to-date, suitable and sufficient fire risk assessment.
Here at Moorepay, we will perform a Type 1 Fire Risk Assessment that will include;
The identification of fire hazards & ignitions sources.
An assessment of fire prevention measures currently in place.
An evaluation of emergency procedures & evacuation plans.
Based upon our findings, we will provide you with a bespoke action plan that provides recommendations which are tailored to your industry needs with practical and effective solutions.
