Data input

Forget faffing with excel, endless back and forth, and poorly managed files. Simply enter your data - starters and leavers, salary changes and bonuses - into our intuitive, easy-to-use cloud-based Payroll Software. It’s available anytime, with no time-consuming installations.

Documentation

We’ll do the heavy lifting when it comes to documentation, producing all statutory documents for your employees including P45, SSP1, SMP1, OSPP1, and SAP1. There’s also the option to provide a GL file for each pay group and a pension interface file.

Validation

We have checks in place to ensure your data is accurate, running PEP checks on payments in accordance with FCA regulations. We even provide a list of errors or rejections for you to review. In your live run we’ll validate payday against lockdown notifications.

Reporting

Want a clear view of exactly what’s going on in your business? Get real-time data that pulls directly from the source. From our People Analytics module, to more sophisticated customisable reports, we have everything you need to consolidate your data and make accurate decisions off the back of it.

End of year

We prepare and submit your FPS and EPS to HMRC, settling up those end of year obligations. We’ll build out your system ready to meet the requirements for the new tax year. We’ll also provide printed or electronic P60s as required and produce draft P11Ds.

Processing

No need to brush up on your payroll legislation, we’ll maintain net to gross calculations in-line with statutory rules, ensuring prorata values as stipulated by you are applied along the way. Worrying about new rules are a thing of the past, we’ll apply all your variable adjustments for you.
