If you ran an employee engagement survey previously, run these again to gauge the impact of your initiative.
With these two data sets, you will be able to compare and contrast any changes in sentiment, engagement levels and connection. Be sure to monitor your performance against target too – are you on track to attain your objectives within your defined timeframe? If not, take another look at your action plan, is there anything else you could do or change to align you with your objectives?
