The survey was conducted using an online form (via SurveyMonkey) and promoted on LinkedIn, emailed to Moorepay's contacts and included in HR Grapevine and HR Magazine news bulletins to subscribers.
The respondents are from a range of business sizes (from 1 to 10,000+ employees) and a variety of industries. Their job titles include HR consultants, directors, business partners, and advisors.
